What to Include
When emailing support, include your device type, operating system, browser name, the page URL, and a short explanation of what happened. If a specific key did not respond, mention the key name and whether it works in other apps. This helps us separate browser restrictions from possible device problems.
Response Expectations
We try to review messages carefully and respond when a reply is needed. Response time can vary depending on message volume and the type of request. Technical reports with clear details are easier to investigate than short messages without context.
Please do not send passwords, private documents, payment details, or sensitive personal information. Keyboard Tester does not need that information to answer normal support requests.
